No minimum order and no setup fees. For 25 pieces or more you can also send us the design and get a quote with a printed proof.
Shipping and returns
Every item is made to order and ships from a US print partner, usually within 2 to 5 business days plus transit. Because each piece is personalized, we cannot resell it, but if anything arrives damaged, misprinted or not as you approved it, we will reprint or refund it. What photo should I upload?
Use the original photo from your phone, not a screenshot or a photo of a photo. Faces should be large in the frame and the picture should look sharp when you zoom in. Bright, evenly lit photos print best.
Will the print look like the preview?
Yes. The preview is generated from the same file we send to the printer. Colors can vary slightly between screens and fabric, but placement, size and text are exactly what you see.
When will it arrive?
Production takes 2 to 5 business days, then US shipping takes another 3 to 7 days. You get a tracking number by email the moment it ships.
What if it arrives damaged or wrong?
Email us a photo within 30 days and we reprint it free or refund you. You do not need to send anything back. We cannot take returns for a change of mind because every item is made to order.
Is there a bulk discount?
Yes, and it applies automatically. Every personalized item in your cart counts toward one total: 5 items take $2 off each, 12 items $4 off, 24 items $6 off, 50 items $8 off and 100 items $10 off. Mix products, sizes and colors. Personalize each item separately so everyone gets their own name. For 25 or more with one design, the bulk order page gets you a quote and a printed proof.
