Every product in our store is personalized by you and printed after you order. Here is the whole process, start to finish.
1. Pick a product
Browse apparel, drinkware, home goods, wall art, accessories, stationery and pet gear. Each product page shows the blank, the sizes and colors available, and exactly where your photo and name will print.
2. Add your photo and name
Click Add personalized design on the product page. Upload a photo or logo, type a name or a short message, and watch the live preview update on the product itself. Move and resize your photo until it looks right, then save the design. The preview follows the item into your cart.
3. Check the preview and order
Look over spelling, the photo crop and the size before you check out. Because every item is made just for you, we print exactly what you approve. Checkout runs on Shopify with encrypted payments and support for cards, Shop Pay, PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay.
4. We print and ship
Your order goes to one of our professional print partners, usually in the United States. Production takes 2 to 5 business days, then standard US shipping takes 3 to 7 business days. You get tracking by email the moment it ships.
5. Love it, or we make it right
If anything arrives damaged, misprinted or different from the preview you approved, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo. We reprint it or refund it, and you keep the original. See our Returns and Refunds page for the full policy.
Tips for the best print
- Use the largest photo you have. Phone photos print well; screenshots and small web images do not.
- For logos on apparel, a PNG with a transparent background prints cleanest.
- Keep faces near the center of the photo so nothing important is cropped.
- Short names and dates read best. Long messages get small.
- On dark garments, choose the Dark Colors listing so your name prints in white.
