How does bulk pricing work?
Every personalized item in your cart counts toward one total. At 5 items you get $2 off each, at 12 items $4 off each, at 24 items $6 off, at 50 items $8 off and at 100 items $10 off. The discount appears automatically in the cart and at checkout, and you can mix products, sizes and colors.
Can everyone have a different name or number?
Yes. Personalize the first item, add it to the cart, then come back to the product and personalize the next. Each line keeps its own design and the whole cart still counts toward bulk pricing. For 25 or more, send us a spreadsheet of names and sizes with your quote request and we set it up for you.
What is the timeline?
Proof within one business day of receiving your files. Production 3 to 7 business days after approval. Standard US shipping 2 to 5 business days. Tell us your event date and we confirm whether it works before you pay.
What artwork do you need?
Your logo or artwork as a PNG with a transparent background, or a high-resolution JPG. Photos straight from a phone work for photo products. If you only have a low-resolution file, send it anyway and we will tell you whether it will print cleanly.
Can you ship to more than one address?
Yes. Give us the split by address when you request the quote and we ship each part separately. Each address pays its own shipping.
Who do you work with?
