These terms apply to every purchase made through this store. By placing an order you agree to them, together with our Returns and Refunds policy, Shipping policy, and Privacy policy.
Made-to-order products
All products are produced on demand by our print partners. Colors on screen can differ slightly from the printed result, and small variations in placement are normal for printed goods. Product photos and mockups are illustrations of the finished item.
Your personalization content
When you upload an image or enter text, you confirm that you own the content or have permission to use it, and that it does not infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, publicity, or privacy rights. We do not print content that is hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, illegal, or that uses logos, characters, or brands you do not have the right to use. We may cancel and refund any order that does not meet these rules. You are responsible for checking spelling and details before you order.
By submitting content you give us and our print partners a limited license to reproduce it only for the purpose of making and delivering your order. We do not sell or reuse your images.
Orders, pricing, and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and can change without notice. An order is accepted when we send the order confirmation. We may cancel an order for pricing errors, suspected fraud, or content that violates these terms, and we will refund it in full. Payment is processed securely by Shopify Payments and the payment method you choose at checkout. We never see or store your full card details.
Shipping, returns, and refunds
Delivery estimates, returns for damaged or defective items, and cancellations are described in our Shipping policy and our Returns and Refunds policy, which form part of these terms.
Intellectual property
The store design, text, and product photography are ours or licensed to us. Product blanks and brand names such as Bella+Canvas, Gildan, and Comfort Colors belong to their respective owners.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which our business is registered, without regard to conflict of law rules.
