How does personalization work?
On any product page, click Add personalized design. You can upload a photo or logo and type a name or message. The preview updates on the product as you go. Save the design, and it stays attached to that item in your cart.
What file should I upload?
PNG or JPG. Larger is better; anything from a modern phone camera prints well. A PNG with a transparent background looks best on apparel because only your artwork prints, not a white box around it.
Can I move or resize my photo?
Yes. In the editor you can drag the photo, resize it and nudge it inside the print area. The preview shows exactly where it will print.
Can I see it before I buy?
Yes. The live preview shows your design on the product and colors you picked. Please check spelling and placement before ordering, because personalized items cannot be returned for mistakes in the text or photo.
How long does it take?
Production takes 2 to 5 business days, then shipping takes 3 to 7 business days in the United States with standard shipping. International orders take 10 to 30 business days. See our Shipping page for details.
What if it arrives damaged?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos and we will send a free replacement or refund you. You do not need to send it back. See Returns and Refunds.
Can I return it if I ordered the wrong size?
No. Each item is made just for you, so we cannot accept returns for size or change of mind. Every product page has a size chart, and we are glad to help you choose before you order.
Can I cancel or change an order?
Within 24 hours of placing it, yes. After that it is usually already in production.
Do you do bulk orders?
Yes. Bulk pricing applies automatically in the cart from 5 pieces, up to $10 off each item at 100. One design across many sizes is easy: add each size to the cart, or contact us for a quote on 25 or more pieces and we will send a proof before printing.
Is payment secure?
Checkout runs on Shopify, with encrypted payment processing and support for major cards, Shop Pay, PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. We never see your full card number.
